Crimebeat funding enabled four highly vulnerable young people to access 24 weeks of creative, therapeutic and diversionary support at Leamington LAMP.
These young people faced significant and overlapping risks, including exploitation, missing episodes, domestic abuse, SEN needs, mental‑health crises and community‑safety concerns.
The project ran from 10 September 2025 to 10 April 2026, supporting young people referred through detached youth work, community safety, social care and exploitation teams.
Although nine young people were originally referred, four engaged consistently throughout the funded period:
● M – care leaver, high exploitation risk, complex trauma
● W – care‑experienced, missing episodes, substance misuse
● L – SEN needs, school refusal, domestic abuse victim
● K – care leaver, complex family relationships, emotional‑health needs
